We ask that you send along a copy of your identity card with the request to ensure that this request for inspection is effectively submitted by you. In this copy, make your passport photo, the MRZ (machine-readable zone; the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number, and the Citizen Service Number (Burgerservicenummer, BSN) illegible by covering it with black ink. This serves to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but certainly within four weeks.

Mproof takes the protection of your data very seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised changes.
